About Me
Krystin Youngju Smith
I am a contemporary classical artist working in watercolor, acrylic, and mixed media, creating abstract and expressive works that invite viewers to experience both joy and reflection. Through layers of color, texture, and movement, I aim to create a sense of discovery where each viewer can find personal meaning and connect with their own stories.
For me, art is not only a form of self-expression but also a way to bring light, inspiration, and beauty into people’s lives. My hope is that my work offers moments of joy, peace, and a journey into the unknown, allowing viewers to discover something new.
I will complete my BFA in Studio Art at the University of North Texas in Fall 2025, and I continue to expand my creative practice as an artist.
I will complete my BFA in Studio Art at the Universitrtist and art educator
